In this step you can define which wage types are taken over from the previous period. The data is read from the old results table (ORT) and stored in the table with relevant results from the previous period (LRT).
Example
With a wage type like 'balance free hours' it is important to know the balance at the end of the previous period.
Standard settings
- Wage type is not taken over
- Wage type is taken over from previous payroll accounting
- Wage type is taken over from previous payroll accounting, but only within the same year
Recommendation
Please note that you should never modify technical wage types starting with a slash (/)
Activities
- Define the correct setting for each wage type.
Further notes
When making changes to wage types, you should always test them before performing a payroll accounting run.
