The SSB statistical report gives a code ('Skiftarbeid') with one of the values 1-5 for each employee reported. This code gives information on the employees work schedule.

The SAP solution associates this statistical code to the periodic work schedule of the employee. In this step you associate one of the statistical codes to the periodic work schedules used in your company.

Create one entry for each periodic work schedule used by the employees that shall be reported.

Further notes

When the statistical report is run, the statistical code is determined from the work schedule entered into infotype 0007 (Planned Working Time) and the organisational data entered in infotype 0001 (Organizational Assignment). If this association is missing, then it is reported as an error.
