The SSB statistical report associates a one letter code describing the job status. These are values 1-8 with following meaning:

'1'. Employee without a leading position.
'2'. Leader of a subgroup. Leader who works in production or uses
most part ('vesentlig del') of his time controling production.
'3'. Leader of a group or groups. Includes personal responsibility.
The subordinates can include employees in group '2' and '3'.
'4'. Leader of a groupleaders. Subordinates can include employees
in group '2', '3' and '4'.
'5'. A person who owns more than 50 percent of the company.
'6'. Trainee.
'7'. Vacation substitution ('Ferievikar').
'8'. Employee on <arbeidsmarkedstiltak>.

These codes are defined by SSB.

In this section you associate the job status code to the employee depending on the employee group and subgroup he belongs to. By entering a code in the field 'contract' in infotype 'organizational assignment' it is possible to overwrite the code specified by the employee group and subgroup.
