In this activity you can maintain the Venezuelan events that are considered to be reasons for terminating an employee's work relationship with the company.
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 system contains an events table (T529A) and a table that contains different reasons for termination of the work relationship associated with an event (T530).
Activities
To perform this activity, use the Venezuelan Events table (T7VEEV) view.
First, select the standard termination of work relationship events proposed by SAP that apply to Venezuela, to fill the Personnel Action Type (MASSN) and the Personnel Action Reason (MASSG) fields.
Then you must classify them in accordance with the events set out in Venezuelan law, assigning one of the following codes to the Termination of Work Relationship Code field (SCODE), according to the case.
1: Justified dismissal.
2: Unjustified dismissal.
3: Resignation with notice.
4: Resignation without notice.
5: Justified retirement.
6: Circumstances beyond control.
7: Mutual agreement.
8: Death caused by industrial accident or disease.
9: Death of the employee.####
