In this activity, you can specify the method you want to use to calculate profit share advance payments.

Activities

Specity the calculation method you would like to use through parameter METH in the Profit Share Advance Payment Calculation function (VEPS2). The standard SAP R/3 system provides the following methods:

If METH = PAID, the advance payments calculation will be based on the income paid to the employee so far.

If METH = ESTM, the advance payment calculation will be based on the estimated amount that the employee will earn throughout the year.

The system is configured to carry out the calculation based on the employee's income to date. If your company wishes to use the other method, copy schema VEPS and change the value of parameter 1 in function VEPS2.######################################################################
