You must record the following information:
In the table containing dates for Profit Share Calculation (T7VEDP):
Profit Share Adjustment Modifier (MODPS)
Start and finish dates for the payment period for profit share adjustment (BEGDA and ENDCA respectively)
Profit share adjustment payment date (DATPY)
In table T7VE02, Additional Company Data Dependent on Time (view V_T7VE02_B), you must also maintain the MODPS field. In this case you assign a modifier number from the table T7VEDP, corresponding to the date record the company wants to use.
