In this activity you specify what conditions must be met to run the National Institute for Educational Cooperation (INCES) calculation.
According to the configuration of the VEIN rule, the INCES calculation is currently only run for:
- regular payrolls
- off-cycle payrolls, whether an advance profit share payment (PS01) or a profit share adjustment (PS02).
Note
You can change this rule according to your company's requirements.
When updating the system to release 4.70 or higher, if you changed the VEIN rule in your previous release you should use the VAKEY operation with the OCRSN parameter instead of the OCRSN operation, which does not exist in releases later than 4.6C.
