In this activity you can maintain the feature that is used to classify company employees according to the education education categories defined by the Ministry of Laobr (MT).
Requirements
You must previously have defined the codes used for educational qualifications in your company.
Standard settings
The system provides feature VEEDU. The structure of this feature is based on the qualification codes provided in the standard R/3 system.
Activities
To perform this activity:
- If necessary, change the decision tree that forms the feature, in accordance with the qualification codes used in your company and the Ministry of Labor educational categories. Note that this feature generates two return values:
The first field refers to the Ministry of Labor education categories.
The second field specifies the importance of the education category achieved, compared the others. The value will change in proportion to educational level, with higher values indicating higher levels achieved.
