In this activity you update the value of constants associated with the number of days per year. You must take these into account when making calculations for employees with different payroll frequencies.

Example

Employees are paid differently depending on their payroll frequency. For example:

Monthly employees receive payment for 360 days per year which equals:
(12 months * 30 days).

Weekly employees receive paument for 365 full days.

Activities

In the Payroll Constants table (T511K), you must check the value given to the following constants:

Number of days per year for monthly employees (VEINM = 360).

Number of days per year for weekly employees (VEINW = 365).
