In this activity you can maintain the feature that us used to specify whetehr an employee has a permanent contract.
This feature is necessary to determine the execution of payroll legal functions. For example, the Compulsory Social Insurance (SSO) contribution calculation function does not have to be executed for an employee on a three-month contract.
Requirements
You must previously have maintained your company's information.
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 system provides the VECON feature, which has a structure based on the Company Code, Employee Group and Employee Subgroup fields. which are included in the standard system.
