In this section of the implementation guide, you can create your own process model to process the activities subsequent to an off-cycle payroll run.
Standard settings
The standard SAP R/3 system provides a process model as an example: SAPVEOC. This process model includes the activities subsequent to generation of a remuneration statement (report HVECEDT0), bank transfer HVECDTA0) and transfer to FI/CO (report RPCIPE00).
Activities
If you want to create your own process model for the activities subsequent to an off-cycle payroll, you must copy the process model supplied by SAP. To do this:
1. Copy the process model SAPAROC by activating the Copy key.
2. Enter the name of your process model (the names of your own process models mist begin with a Z or a number).
3. Change your process model:
Activate the Change key.
Adjust the process model to the specific requirements of your company. For further details about process models, you can consult the SAP library in : Payroll using the SAP system -> Payroll using background operation -> Process models .
Select Activate.##########################################
