Use

In this IMG activity, you define the wage types for absence reimbursement reporting. For this, you assign wage types to a cumulation wage type.

You are provided with the following cumulation wage types:

  • ADTX - You assign wage types related to Advance Paid Tax to this cumulation category.
  • DERC - You assign wage types related to Delta Calculation (Delta ERC high rate and differentiated rate) to this cumulation category.
  • ECSB - You assign wage types that store the ERC basis for seniors to this cumulation category.
  • ECSS - You assign wage types that store the ERC basis for seniors under Svalbard to this cumulation category.
  • ERCB - You assign wage types that store the ERC basis for normal employees to this cumulation category.
  • ERCC - You assign wage types that store the ERC calculated during payroll run, to this cumulation category.
  • ERCK - You assign wage types under ERCB with no Kaksekatt to this cumulation category.
  • ERCS - You assign wage types that store the ERC basis for normal employees under Svalbard to this cumulation category.
  • HOBS - You assign wage types that store the ERC Holiday Allowance basis for seniors to this cumulation category.
  • HOLB - You assign wage types that store the ERC Holiday Allowance basis for normal employees to this cumulation category.
  • HOLS - You assign wage types that store the ERC Holiday Allowance basis for normal employees under Svalbard to this cumulation category.
  • HOSS - You assign wage types that store the ERC Holiday Allowance basis for seniors under Svalbard to this cumulation category.
  • PENS - You assign wage types that store the ERC Pension basis for employees to this cumulation category.

Note:

You can also maintain your own holiday specific wage types under the cumulation category ERCB, ECSB ERCS or ECSS, if the corresponding wage type counts to employer contribution basis.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the SAP standard system, technical wage types and model wage types are assigned to the cumulation wage types.

Activities

  • Select the Country Grouping as 20.
  • Select the Subapplication as ERCR.
  • Replace the model wage types that are assigned to the cumulation wage types with the corresponding customer specific wage types.
