Activities
In this step you maintain the attribute that definies the type of contract an employeegroup and -subgroup is assigned to. You may specify the contract types used in your company, e.g.
'01 - ordinary employee',
'02 - pensioneer', and
'03 - employee on upgrossing'.
This has to be specified due to the fact that payments depending on the type of contract have to be mapped to different tax codes.
Example
Benefits due to low rates of interest are mapped to tax code 120-A for ordinary employees, to tax code 246 for pensioneers, and to tax code 961(-A) for employees with salary on net base.
This mapping is done depending on the maintained type of contract.
Requirements
Check which employeegroup/-subgroup belongs to what kind of contract type.
