Use

In this step, you can define the date types to maintain the:

  • Start date for a sickness
  • TP max -date for Normal Sickness

You must maintain the dates for these date types in Date Specifications infotype (0041) for the employee.

Requirements

Standard settings

You have been provided with the Date Types:

  • SS for Start of Sickness date
  • CO for Normal Sickness max date

       

    A date can be maintained in infotype IT0041 under the date type 'SS'. Any absence which starts before the date maintained under this date type will not be eligible for reimbursement from the employer but it will be part of reimbursement from the RTV. We would suggest a date which should be 'Hire date + Maximum of four weeks'. This date type is defined as 'the first day of sickness payment entitlement'.

    A date can be maintained in infotype IT0041 under the date type 'CO'. This date would be the 'Max date' obtained from the RTV. This date is used to compare against the Max date generated by the system. The system generated Max date and the Max date maintained under this date type 'CO' can be seen in the ALV output of the follow-up report (RPCRMBV0_PRINT) for comparison.

  1. Check the date types that are already maintained in the system.
  2. Create your own date type with a description for the same.
