Use

In this IMG activity, you define the wage types for absence reimbursement reporting. For this, you assign wage types to a cumulation wage type.

You are provided with the following cumulation wage types:

  • ARGV: Wage types that are assigned to this cumulation wage type are identified as sickness payment in the employer's period.
  • BASE: Wage types that are assigned to this cumulation wage type are identified as the base for the amount to be reimbursed.

    Note: The wage types related to the additional payments or recurring payments are identified using the evaluation class 10 and should not be configured here. You can set these wage types in the IMG activity Assign Additional Wage Types for Absence Reimbursements.

  • NATT: Wage types that are assigned to this cumulation wage type are identified as amount that replaces the payment in kind for the sickness period.
  • NATU: Wage types that are assigned to this cumulation wage type are identified as Naturalytelser amount.
  • TRYG: Wage types that are assigned to this cumulation wage type are identified as sickness payment reimbursable from Trygdekassen.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the SAP standard system, technical wage types and model wage types are assigned to the cumulation wage types.

Activities

Replace the wage types that are assigned to the cumulation wage types with the corresponding customer wage types.
