Standard settings
In the standard SAP R/3 system you will find that the cummulation
classes for some wage types are set up.
Recommendation
SAP recommends that you do not change the predefind cummulation classes. If you want to change,make a copy and do the required changes.

Find out which additional wage types your company needs, and connect
them to the right cummulation class.
