Every employee is connected to a job code via hers/his job key and title, as the job code is a natural attribute of the job key. Job key is the field PLANS of infotype 0001.

Requirements
Check the job codes using the IMG action 'Check job code catalogue'.
Standard settings
There are no delivered entries, as any assignment depends on your customized job keys used in infotype 'Organizational Assignment'.
Recommendation
If you are using the job key in your SAP system, allocate one job code (yrkeskode) to each job key already used (appearing when pushing the F4-help in this IMG action).
If personnel planning is not used, check if this is set in feature PLOGI (please refer to the documentation there). It is possible to create one 'dummy jobkey' for each of the yrkeskoder to be used. This action can be found in the SAP referenc IMG following the path Personnel management -> Personnel administration -> Organisational data -> Organisational assignment -> Organisational structure -> Define jobs.
