In this step, you define tax models for each combination of type of payment, type of employee, and residency or work. Each combination determines a set of tax types to be used for the model.

Activities

  1. Enter the tax model number.
  2. Enter whether the model is applicable for residency, work or unemployment.
  3. Enter the employee group for whom the model is applicable.
  4. Enter the taxability class of the model.
  5. Enter the tax type combination for the model.

Further notes

The default EmpTyp for all employees is 'U1'. If taxes are determined differently for groups of employees within your organization. You must maintain these groups in personnel calculation rule UMOT.
