Description
In this step you set up HR payees who will receive remittances through the additional criterion of organizational assignment.
Example
A number of your company's employees make payments to UNION A.
You will need to define UNION A as an HR payee receiving remittances via organizational assignment.
Standard settings
The standard HR payee type for HR payees receiving remittances via organizational assignment is '6'.
Activities
- Enter the name of the organization to which remittances are to be made
- Define the FI/AP Vendor details
HR Payee Features/Rules
Once you have defined the HR payees, you may associate rules with them governing the way they are paid.
Activities
- Select the HR payee with which you wish to associate a rule
- Enter the relevant transfer rule number
- Define the period for which this transfer rule is to be valid
Please note that you must associate a rule with every HR payee.
Dependent/Linked Payees
You may link HR payees to other HR payees receiving regular remittances. This will ensure that payment of a remittances will trigger payment to linked payees.
Activities
- Enter the number of the HR payee to which other payee(s) are to be linked
- Assign a number to the link
- Enter the type and number of the linked payee
Wage Types for HR Payees
Finally you should assign wage types to the HR payees receiving remittances via organizational assignment.
Example
You have defined UNION A as an HR payee receiving remittances. You would need to determine here all wage types to be concluded for UNION A dependent on their organizational assignment.
Activities
For each HR payee, enter the relevant wage type and organizational data.
