In this Customizing activity, you can define addresses in the Address Management for the group of forms which requires address information that is not employee-related .

If the address information from activity Define tax companies is not sufficient for subapplication MNY1 (New York State Labor Law 195.1 Notice and Acknowledgement of Pay Rate and Payday), define the 'physical addresses' and 'mailing addresses' as 'company address' ('CA').

Example

Consider the scenario in which you are mapping addresses from the Address Management to the interface of the template form HR_US_MNY1_TEMP ( sub-application MNY1 - New York State Labor Law 195.1 Notice and Acknowledgement of Pay Rate and Payday).

The address information from the Address Management is retrieved via function module ADDR_GET, and the print formatting data via function module ADDRESS_INTO_PRINTFORM.

The form interface structure for subapplication MNY1 is defined by means of the data dictionary structure HRPADUS_S_LMDS_NY_LL195.
The assignment of the defined address is described in separate activities Define Various Texts and Assign Addresses for Dynamic Form Layouts and Define Dynamic Layout of Forms.
