Use
The Master Data Sheet U.S. (RPLMDSU0) report is designed to support different forms and groups of forms.
The forms can be defined highly dynamically with customizable titles, section headers, labels and long text descriptions, dependent on the specific business need.
In this Customizing activity, you can create own long text descriptions as General Text that you want to include during runtime in one or more of your forms and are relevant for the Master Data Sheet U.S.
Requirements
You have analyzed your form layouts and identified long texts (i.e. length of a text is larger than 80 characters) that you would like to fill dynamically during runtime, instead of statically directly in the form.
For example, if your form is bilingual and you want to fill the other form language dynamically, depending on the first language of the employee.
Standard settings
In the standard setup of subapplication MNY1 (New York State Labor Law 195.1 Notice and Acknowledgement of Pay Rate and Payday), the following General Texts are delivered as examples and only in English.

Activities
Create your own long texts or copy an existing text and adapt the copy to your needs.
To maintain multiple long texts easier, the activity allows you to maintain up to 20 different text documents.
The number of required text documents depends on the group of forms for which you want to design your dynamic layout. You can also copy the default texts provided by SAP and change your copies.
If you have the same long text in various forms, you can reuse it via further customizing where you assign the text document to the form interface. In this case you do not need to create a copy of the text document.

Consider a scenario in which you are mapping text documents to the interface of the template form HR_US_MNY1_TEMP ( subapplication MNY1 - New York State Labor Law 195.1 Notice and Acknowledgement of Pay Rate and Payday).

The form interface structure for subapplication MNY1 is defined by means of the data dictionary structure HRPADUS_S_LMDS_NY_LL195.
