In this step, you maintain limits to be used for Group Term Life Insurance (GTLI) proessing.

Example

The maximum tax-free coverage amount for GTLI changes from $50,000 to $60,000, due to a change in legislation. The change takes effect on 1/1/1999. To ensure compliance with the new limit, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the first activity in this step (titled: Set tax-free GTLI coverage amount for employees).
  2. Enter USA as the country grouping.
  3. In the view, enter the new limit and validity dates. Your entries should look like this:
