In this step, you define which payroll variant is used for special adjustment runs executed from the Adjustments Workbench. This is defined in Feature PU191.

As delivered, Feature PU191 uses variant SAP_ADJ. This variant calls schema U000. If your company does not use schema U000 for payroll, you will have to create a new variant for use with the Adjustments Workbench.

Activities

  1. Define your own payroll variant, based on variant SAP_ADJ, using your copy of schema U000.
  2. Replace the call of variant SAP_ADJ in Feature PU161 with your variant.
