Use this feature to specify Tax Reporter spool authorization codes. The US Tax Reporter creates spool requests for SAPscript and HR forms output. The authorization code you specify in this feature will be attached to Tax Reporter spool requests.

The example above shows how to configure this feature so that authorization code 'HR_TRUS01W2' is attached to the spool files of the W2 form (tax form class A100) of tax company US01. For other US01 forms and other tax companies, no authorization code is attached.

Activities
Under the Variable key, specify the tax company and the tax form class.
Under Operations, specify the spool authorization code. If you do not want an authorization code in the spool files, leave this field empty. The maximum permissible length of the authorization code is 12 characters.
