In this section you define the time frame for which customer-specific cumulation types should be accumulated. The time frame is based on the length of the cumulation interval and the start date.
Example
The semi-annual cumulation type '1' should accumulate for half a year, starting at the beginning of each half of the year. The time unit for the cumulation is semi-annual, and it should start on January 1.
Add the following entry in the view 'Parameter for cumulation types':
Parameter for cumulation type '91'
Text 'Semi-annually, starting January 1'
Time unit Semi-annually
Start day '01'
Start month '01'
Add the following entry in the view 'Cumulation types':
Cumulation type '1'
Parameter for cumulation type '91'
Cumulation will be from January through June, refreshing at the start of July and cumulating from July through December.
Follow the same procedure to assign cumulation types that do not start on January 1.
Requirements
The cumulation type must already be defined.
Standard settings
Parameters are defined for the most common cumulation intervals.
The assignment is done for the standard cumulation types M (monthly), Q (quarterly), Y (annually) and U (unlimited).
Recommendation
Activities
Assign a 'Parameter for cumulation types' to your cumulation type. If the parameter you need does not exist already, you have to define a new parameter.
