In this step you set up correction tax forms. When you define correction forms, you follow essentially the same procedures as you would to define an original form, except for when you define the general attributes of the form.

When you define the general attributes of a correction form (by selecting the correction form and choosing Details), you must enter the name of the original form being corrected in the Original form field.

Example

You have copied the SAP delivered W-2 form (HR_F_W2) to your name name range (e.g. Z_HR_F_W2) in a previous step and are now editing your copy of the W-2c form, you must enter your copy of the W-2 form (Z_HR_F_W2) in the Original form field.
