In this step, you create a link between the SAPscript print parameters and your custom W-2 form by maintaining the feature UTRW2.

The operations represent the number of lines printed in boxes 13, 14 and locality, respectively, on your W-2 forms.
The last two characters represent the type of output:
EE = Employee copy
ER = Employer copy
MT = Magnetic tape copy
OT = Other
Standard settings
You only need to maintain this feature if you have defined a custom W-2 form that you need to print out using the SAP system.
Activities
- Enter a new line in the feature specifying your custom W-2 (for example, ZZ_F_W2).
- Enter the number of lines you want to print in the fields specified and identify the type of output to be generated.
