In this step you set the system up to record changes made to the Bank Details infotype (0009). For prenotification, you will then be able to make a test transfer to each new bank connection prior to transferring employees' salaries.

  1. Enter the Bank Details (0009) and External Bank Transfers (0011) infotypes in the list of infotypes to be logged
  2. Define a field group containing the following fields for both infotypes 0009 and 0011:

    BANKL Bank key

    BANKN Bank account number

    BANKS Bank country key

    BKONT Bank control key

    EMFSL Payee key for transfers

    ZLSCH Payment method

  3. Set the field group characteristics for the two groups that you have created as S for short-term document.
