In this step, you define the circumstances that trigger automatic generation of leave of absence letters.
Example
When an employee takes a leave of absence from your enterprise, you want a leave of absence letter to be sent to the garnishment originator automatically.
To ensure that a leave of absence letter is generated when the employee takes a leave of absence, make one of the following entries in this step:
- Dynamic actions
Infotype 2001 with xxxx as the leave type
