In this step, you define the circumstances that trigger automatic generation of termination letters.
Example
When an employee leaves your enterprise, you want a termination letter to be sent to the garnishment originator automatically.
To ensure that a termination letter is generated when the employee's status changes from active to withdrawn in the Actions infotype, make the following entries in this step:
