In the Garnishment Document infotype (Infotype 0194), the originator describes the legal entity that has issued the garnishment document. In this step, you create a set of originators for the garnishment documents that your system will process.
Example
Examples of originators include (but are not restricted to) an attorney, a court, or a sheriff.
Requirements
Standard settings
As delivered, the standard system includes a sample set of originators.
Recommendation
Depending upon the needs of your enterprise, you can use the sample set of originators or create a set of your own.
The name range for customer-defined originators is A to Z.
Activities
To create additional originators, execute this step and choose New entries.
After creating the new originators, save your entries and exit the step.
