In this step, you define any rules that have been established by government bodies for garnishment remittance. These rules are applied by default if no company remittance rules exist in the Garnishment Document infotype.
Requirements
You have already created remittance rules in the previous step of the Implementation Guide.
Recommendation
Since no remittance rule must be specified to process garnishments in the Garnishment Document infotype, we recommend that you define at least one government remittance rule in this step of the Implementation Guide.
Activities
Execute this step, choose New entries, and define the government remittance rule that applies to your enterprise.
After defining the rules, save your entries and exit the step.
