In this step, you define the Employee Welfare Fund (EWF) company and address for year end tax withdraw report.

  • Maintain feature TWEAD.
  • Maintain table T536A.
    - Field 'TYPE'(ANART) should be 'TW'.
    - Field 'ADDRESS' (VARGU) is the return value from the features.
    - Field 'ID' (SEQNU) with values from 'A' to 'C' is concatenated
    as EWF commission name, whereby values from '1' to '3' as EWF
    commission or foreigner address.

Standard settings

SAP has already maintained common values/data in the SAP standard delivery system. You can use these as models for your own entries.

Recommendation

  • SAP recommends that you only create new EWF company and address in the above customer area, as entries that are maintained in the standard SAP system could be overwritten when the release is next updated.
  • SAP recommends that you do not delete or change any of the EWF company and address that are contained in the standard SAP system as this could lead to errors when you try to run payroll accounting.

Activities

To create new EWF company and address by copying samples from the standard system, proceed as follows:

  1. Note the specifications required for the relevant data.
  2. Make a copy of the selected sample EWF company and address.
  3. Edit the data to suit your requirements.
  4. Check that all the new EWF company and address displayed on the list are copied correctly.
  5. The relevant data is now copied.
    A list is generated logging the changes to all tables affected.
