In this step, you maintain the accumulation priority if the company accumulates overtime non-taxable limit by some priority.

Standard settings

You only need to maintain the wage types with value '1' in processing class 65. Those with higher values have lower priority. Wage types with same priority will be accumulated by occurring time.

Recommendation

  • Please use only the area specified for your own copied wage types. Do not copy wage types to the area reserved for SAP standard wage types.
  • SAP recommends that you only create new processing classes in the above customer area, as entries that are maintained in the standard SAP system could be overwritten when the release is next updated.

Activities

To create new wage types by copying samples from the standard system, proceed as follows:

  1. Note the specifications required for the relevant wage types.
  2. Make a copy of the selected sample wage types.
  3. Edit the wage type to suit your requirements (modify the long and short texts of the copy wage types, if necessary).
  4. Flag the Test field if you want to carry out a test run.
  5. Check that all the new wage types displayed on the list are copied correctly.
  6. The wage types are now copied. A list is generated logging the changes to all tables affected.
