In this step, you define the New Pension (NP) category for your company if it is necessary.
Standard settings
The standard system provides sample NP category based on a model company.
Recommendation
- Use the sample NP category provided as a basis for customizing your company data.
- You can define the NP categories according to government regulations and choice of employees.
Activities
To create new NP category by copying samples from the standard system, proceed as follows:
- Note the specifications required for the relevant NP category.
- Make a copy of the selected sample NP category.
- Edit the NP category to suit your requirements.
- Check that all the NP categories displayed on the list are copied correctly.
- The new NP categories are now copied. A list is generated logging the changes to all tables affected.
