In this step, you define the disability class of a handicapped
employee.

Standard settings

The standard system provides sample disability class based on a
model company. For example;

A - Light disability
B - Medium disablity

Recommendation

  • Use the sample disability class provided as a basis for customizing your company data.
  • The National Health Insurance (NHI) disability classes are provided by the NHI bureau, according to government regulations.

Activities

To create new disability class by copying samples from the standard
system, proceed as follows:

  1. Note the specifications required for the relevant disability class.
  2. Make a copy of the selected sample disability class.
  3. Edit the disability class to suit your requirements.
  4. Check that all the disability class displayed on the list are copied
    correctly.
  5. The new disability classes are now copied. A list is generated
    logging the changes to all tables affected.
