Use
Employees' Labor Insurance report can be submitted to the Labor Insurance (LI) bureau in Data Medium Exchange (DME) file.
In this step, you can customize the specific country code needed in submitting the LI report in DME file for your foreigner employees.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the SAP standard recipient system, all country codes are defined according to the standard codes issued by the Labor Insurance bureau.
SAP recommends that you use the standard country code provided by the Labor Insurance bureau. If your entries do not correspond to the standard codes, you will not be able to use the DME file in your reporting.
Activities
- Check the country code entries for completeness.
- Add the missing entries as required.
- Use the LI bureau standard for your additional entries.
