Use

In this Customizing activity, you use the Employment Status for Data Deletion (TWDP0) feature to define the employment statuses that are eligible for employee data deletion. When you run the Deletion of Employee Data for Data Privacy (SAPTWDP0) report to request employee data deletion, only the employees whose employment statuses are eligible for deletion are included in the deletion request.

Activities

Assign the deletion eligibility to the employment statuses from the Employment Status for Data Deletion (PTW01) structure. The eligibilities are as follows:

  • X: Yes
    The employment status is eligible for employee data deletion.
  • Empty: No
    The employment status is NOT eligible for employee data deletion.
