Use

In this Customizing activity, you enable the system to enter the correct data on form 2-NDFL in cases where special processing is required.

In line with legal requirements in Russia, foreign citizens who are classified as highly qualified specialists can be subject to income tax deductions at the regular rate of 30% for foreign citizens or at the rate of 13%. To enable the system to enter the income-related data correctly in the income codes for this group of employees, you must specify which wage types you use to store the income that is taxed at 13% for this group of employees.

Standard settings

The standard system contains sample wage types for an employee's gross income.

Activities

Enter the wage types in which you store income that relates to the income codes for foreign citizens who are classified as highly qualified specialists, and who qualify for income tax at 13%.
