Use
In this Customizing activity, you make settings to configure the way in which the Income Tax (2-NDFL) (HRULNDFL) report runs.
You determine which field the report reads using program HRULNDFL.

Activities
- Enter the program HRULNDFL.
- Use one or more of the following parameters as required:

Determine which field the system reads to output an employee's citizenship on the output form. G_USE_T005_INTCN3 If you enter parameter value X, the report uses the ISO country code in the Countries (T005) table.
If you do no enter a parameter, the system outputs the country code that is stored in the field for the alternative country key (LANDA).
Remove any spaces before the closing XML tag when you download form 2-NDFL as an XML file. By default, the system inserts a certain number of characters between opening and closing tags, according to the legally defined format for the type of tag. Because the contents are aligned to the left of a tag, this can result in spaces between the data in a tag and the closing XML tag, for example, <Tag>Data </Tag>. Some third-party software regards trailing spaces as an error. G_XML_REMOVE_TRAILING_SPACES To remove the trailing spaces, which results in <Tag>Data</Tag>, enter any parameter value.
Set the value that appears in the Purpose field on the output form and in the XML file when you run the report using the Test Mode option on the report selection screen. GV_DEFAULT_PURPOSE_TEST_MODE Enter the required number as the parameter value. By default, the report enters 1 in the Purpose field on the output form and in the XML file.
Set the value that appears in the Purpose field on the output form and in the XML file when you run the report using the Prepare on Employee's Request option on the report selection screen. GV_DEFAULT_PURPOSE_EMPLOYEE Enter the required parameter value; by default, the field on the output form and in the XML file is blank when you use the Prepare on Employee's Request option.
Specify the maximum number of 2-NDFL documents that the report enters in one XML file. GV_MAXDOCNMB Enter the legally required number of documents as the parameter value. By default, the report enters 3,000 documents in one XML file.
