The standard SAP System contains some examples of reasons for actions.

Recommendation

Use the afore-mentioned evaluation options.

Activities

  1. Check the SAP sample entries.
  2. Delete entries that are not required.
  3. If necessary, create your own entries according to your requirements.
    1. Determine the number of the reason for each personnel action.
    2. Give this reason a name.
