Use
In this IMG activity, you determine the possible social insurance group modifiers.
You use a social insurance group modifier together with a social insurance group to determine the percentage pay that employees receive when they are unable to work. Unlike the social insurance group, the social insurance group modifier is not linked to the number of years for which someone has worked, that is, their seniority.

Example
