Use

In this IMG activity, you enter the derived wage types in which you want the system to store bonuses based on the level of an employee's seniority in your company.

For employees who are entitled to a seniority bonus and they work in northern regions, in addition to entering the calculation process for work in northern regions, you also enter the age as of which an additional bonus applies, as well as the calculation rule that you use to calculate the additional amount. For example, all employees aged 30 and above who work in the North are entitled to an additional seniority bonus.

You define the percentages of the individual calculation rules in the next IMG activity, Determine Percentage Bonus According to Seniority.

Note: To comply with current legislation, you must use bonus models for variants N and M of the indirect valuation rule 33BON (see Indirect Valuation for Bonuses).
