Use

In this IMG activity, you define reference work schedules for each combination of a personnel subarea group, the number of hours employees in that group work each week, and the number of days over which the working hours are spread each week.

According to Russian legislation, you use the state production schedule, which is based on an employee's personal time schedule, to calculate some absences, payments, and compensation.

The function RUGAB uses the settings you make in this IMG activity to determine the amount of time employees work for absence processing (see function RUGAB).
