Use
In this IMG activity, you enter time accounting characteristics that you assign to employee groups and subgroups.
The system uses time accounting characteristics to determine the period over which you evaluate employees' working time.
To enable the system to determine the time accounting characteristics of employees, you assign the time accounting codes to employee groups and subgroups in the IMG activity Enter Attributes for Employee Group/Subgroup.

Activities
Enter the different types of time accounts that you use in your organization, for example, annual account, and the corresponding characteristics.
Each time account is the period that the system uses to summarize the working time for an employee group and subgroup, and comprises one interval of the unit that you select in the TMU field.
Example
According to the employment contracts that you issue office workers, they must work no more than an average of 40 hours per week.
Although the number of hours varies from week to week, you use the summarize function to determine the average number of hours employees work each week over the course of one year.
You create a record in the IMG activity with the following characteristics:
