Use
In this IMG activity, you can find information about the DAQ subapplication T_61. The report for preparing form T-61 (HRULT61) uses the subapplication to fill the fields in the form.
The subapplication T_61 comprises the following sections:
- AVER - Contains the average monthly and yearly amounts on which the payments that appear on the form are based.
- HEAD - Form header; contains the header and footer of the form layout. For example contract date, contract number, department, position, and so on.
- LIMI - Contains limit for vacation and unused (or used in advance) vacation days, for example, for period 01.01.2007-31.12.2007, an employee has 5 unused days of vacation.
- RTVA - Contains the vacation pay amounts from the payroll results table, RT.
- TOAV - Contains the totals from the average days and hours that an employee has worked in your company (cumulated data calculated in section AVER).
