Use

In this IMG activity, you can find information about the DAQ subapplication T_60. The report for preparing form T-60 (HRULT60) uses the subapplications to fill the fields in the form.

The subapplication T_60 comprises the following sections:

  • AVER - Contains the average monthly and yearly amounts on which the payments that appear on the form are based (they are taken from RUAVE table in payroll).
  • HEAD - Form header; contains the header and footer of the form layout. The section contains the fields on the selection screen of the report.
  • ORDE - Contains the date of the personnel order that caused you to prepare form T-60.
  • RTVA - Contains the vacation pay amounts from the payroll results table, RT.
  • TOAV - This section contains cumulated data calculated in section AVER.
  • VACA - Contains the absence type and text, as well as the start and end dates of the vacation.
