Use
In this IMG activity, you determine how each user wage type that you enter using the infotypes Recurring Payments and Deductions (0014), Additional Off-Cycle Payments (0267), and Additional Payments (0015) is stored in the results table. Furthermore, you determine which cumulation wage types the system generates during the off-cycle payroll run.
You must include all wage types that influence payments during the off-cycle payroll run in the corresponding cumulation.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contains the following entries:
For off-cycle payroll runs with category 04, only cumulation 01 is marked, which means deductions are not evaluated during off-cycle payroll runs.
For off-cycle payroll runs with category 08 or 09, the system evaluates all deductions. To evaluate all deductions, all required cumulations are marked and the system generates additional wage types during off-cycle payroll runs. Enter additional wage types in the IMG activity Assign Wage Types During Off-Cycle Run with Category 08 or 09.
Activities
Select a wage type and choose Goto -> Details.
Enter the cumulation wage type in which the system must cumulate the selected wage type.
Example
At the very least, model wage type MO03 requires cumulation 01 (total gross amount) for a payment to be made during an off-cycle payroll run.
If you need to evaluate income tax on this wage type, you must also mark the income tax-specific cumulations: 13 (gross income, 30%), 14 (gross income, 35%), and 20 (total amount for income tax), for example.
