Use
In this IMG activity, you define processes that the Personnel Number Selection for Fast Data Entry report uses to select employees for advance off-cycle payment runs by means of the Fast Entry transaction (PA70).
You use processes to group together and define selection rules that you set up in the IMG activity Define Content of Employee Selection Process.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contains one selection rule for the off-cycle process ADV1 (Advance OC Payment - Active EE). The rule selects employees who are not absent on the date of the advance off-cycle payment.
Activities
Adjust the model entry shipped as standard or create your own off-cycle process, for which you define selection rules.
Example
You want to make an advance off-cycle payment to all employees in your company who are not absent on the payment date.
To select this group of employees for an advance off-cycle payment, you create a separate off-cycle process called Advance OC Payment - Active EE (ADV1).
Enter the required selection rules for the off-cycle process ADV1 as specified in the example in the IMG activity Define Content of Employee Selection Process.
