Use
In this IMG activity, you determine links between different wage types.
You link wage types by assigning a valuation basis to a wage type and entering the derived wage type that you want to use instead of the base wage type.
Requirements

Example
You deducted too much income tax from one of your employees. The difference between the calculated amount and the amount actually deducted is RUB 1,500. You cancel out this discrepancy by giving the employee RUB 1,500.
To do this, you enter RUB 1,500 for wage type MTD1 in the Additional Payments infotype (0015).
During the payroll run, the system evaluates the amount of income tax that is actually deducted (wage type /322 for income tax at 13%) and also processes wage type MTD1.
To cause the system to take into consideration wage type MTD1, in the 1st derived wage type group box for wage type /322, you enter the following data:

These entries allow you to switch from the wage type for the amount of income tax deducted, /322, to the derived wage type, MTD1, in the corresponding payroll rule.
